This semester at school we had a course where we learned the basics of C++ and today I finally got to deliver the last required task. We have had five of them, and all have to be done to take the exam. All of the tasks which have been approved is placed here, and the fifth will come as soon as it has been approved. Both my solution and the original task is placed here, although most of the files the (if not all) is written in Norwegian.
Just as a final note; I have to say I’m glad to be finished with the task, but the two last ones have just made me worry about the exam even more. I don’t like the way the teacher wants things to be done in the files with partially finished code. I will be glad when I’m finished with this course, even though there will be a new course with even more advanced C++ next semester.
As this picture illustrates, sometimes it can be pretty hard to get motivated.
After seeing a signature about this on a forum I just had to create an actual init script, which always return done on shutdown and fail on start up. 
I was browsing through the latest xkcd commics today, and came accross this:
This graph about X11 and life satisfaction is suprisingly true, believe it or not. It has a very long time since I manually wrote xorg.conf last time and I am pretty sattisfied with life, but I can remember back when I used several days to get my screens properly configured, it wasn’t a nice experience and I would definently have prefered to be without that experience.
Just a small first post to replace the original wordpress “Hello World” post. I have setup this wordpress installation because I felt like playing around with it, but I doubt that I will post much here in the future.
